What's the difference between the free and paid plans?

KULG has free and paid plans for both runner and coach accounts. Each account has its own plan, so you can be on a paid plan on one account and the free plan on the other. For current prices, see our pricing page.

Runner subscription offers

unlimited training history compared to only 2 months in the free plan
3x more Training assistant questions
weekly and monthly AI training insights (not available in free plan)
set and track weekly and monthly goals (not available in free plan)
dashboard with unlimited filtering
advanced planning options (e.g. training blocks, full history of plans)
custom activity tags and filtering by tags (not available in free plan)
possibility to add a personal 4-week training plan service for an extra 9.99 €/month

see the atlete’s unlimited training history compared to only 2 months in the free plan
weekly planner for sending weekly plans to groups (not available in free plan)
set macro-, meso-, micro-cycle blocks for athletes (not available in free plan)

see athlete’s dashboard with unlimited filtering
advanced planning options (full history of plans)

Free trial

The 14-day free trial gives you access to all KULG features and applies to the first account you create. After the trial, you can choose a paid plan or continue on the free plan.

What happens to my data on the free plan?

Your data is not deleted when you switch to the free plan. You will see up to the last 2 months, and get full access to your whole history again as soon as you upgrade.
