Our mission is to help every runner track their progress and tailor their training around personal insights to achieve their full potential in running. We are actively releasing new features, but here’s an overview of what you can already do in KULG App on desktop or mobile:

Make KULG your training diary

  1. Sync your data and bring your entire workout history to KULG from Strava or Garmin or by file upload - you can bring unlimited workout history to KULG, regardless of which watch you have used over the years

  2. Automatically sync your recovery data from Oura or Garmin

  3. If necessary, add an activity manually (e.g. if you didn’t record it with your watch)

  1. Update your athlete profile with goals, PBs, lab results, HR zones, injury history, et al

  2. Define HR zones by maximum heart rate or manually

  3. Write down notes and add tags for your activities to give KULG AI the personal context for smarter advice

  4. Make it a habit to log key training data & recovery data, as well as your subjective feel

  5. Track different types of running activities (e.g. easy run, tempo run, race, interval, etc)

  6. Track other types of sports activities (e.g. cycling, swimming, walking, hiking, etc)

  7. Get a detailed overview of all your activities in a list

  8. Filter your activity list by different types of activities or tags

  9. Edit all your activity data without limitations (incl duration, distance, etc) to keep a clean copy of your training data

  10. Track your running frequency correctly by defining which running activities are part of a separate workout

  11. Delete your activities if needed

  2. Subscribed athletes can also keep track of their progress with the weekly and monthly AI insights

  3. Track your key weekly metrics with Overview

  4. View different performance and recovery-related graphs to see your running progress or across other activity types (e.g. Cycling, Swimming, etc)

  5. Track your intensity proportion for a selected time frame

  6. Get an overview of the time spent on different sports activities

  7. View graphs by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual intervals

  8. Filter your activities and graphs by custom or preset time frames

  9. Navigate with arrows back and forth for a similar time frame on graphs or activities when selecting This month, This week, This quarter, or This year

  10. Filter graphs by specific types of running activities (e.g. tempo run, race, interval run, etc)

  11. Use tags to dig deeper into your data, compare similar runs, and discover patterns that were previously hidden

  12. Get feedback on which HR zone you are running in

  13. Get quick hints on your run’s HR vs speed ratio in comparison to other runs

  14. Get clear insights and actionable tips to help you improve and stay on track with KULG Insights
