Coach can assign athletes to groups and send plans to groups
This allows the coach to split athletes into groups and assign plans to groups, not just individual athletes.
See high intensity based on split time in Z4/Z5
Auto-classify distance activities as high intensity based on time in Z4/Z5. This allows to detect intensity by splits, not just running activity types and to detect intensity for different activity types besides running.
Coach weekly Planner UI updates
Coach Planner will become more user-friendly, specifically on mobile.
AI workout analysis
KULG Training assistant considers activity splits when providing answers. Runner or Coach on paid plan can see AI activity analysis.
Custom Dashboard
You can choose which graphs you’d like to see on Dashboard and which graphs you’d like to hide because they are not relevant for you. Available on Runner and Coach paid plans.

Coach can see and edit athlete profile
This change allows the coach the see and edit runner’s goals, zones, et al.
Runner-coach-admin role distinction
With this update, coaches will be able to create an additional runner account, and runners an additional coach account. When logging in, customers with different accounts will have the possibility to view KULG as a runner or as a coach. Runner will also have the possibility to define whether s/he shares data to a coach or runner account.
See your workout splits
You can see your workout splits (distance, duration, avg HR) in KULG and define certain splits as activity types within a specific activity. This is useful if you prefer recording your workout as one long workout with warm-up and intervals all included into one workout.
Hide metrics on the graphs
This allows athletes and coaches on paid plans to hide certain irrelevant variables on the graphs.
Graph sharing or "Recap" on iOS
Turn weeks, months, or even a full year of training into a shareable visual recap of your progress. Download pie, line, or bar charts across 20+ activity types with white, black, or transparent backgrounds, and easily overlay them on your own images for sharing.
Activity detection logic fix when loading history first time
AI training assistant
AI training assistant answers the runner’s questions on training and progressing towards their goal. AI training assistant takes into account all information available in KULG - training and recovery data as well as notes and subjective perceptions, etc. This feature will also enable the user to connect their own Gemini or Chat GPT API key and will be available with different limitsboth on the free and paid plans.
Graphs for different activities and new type of activities
We are adding graphs for cycling, swimming, walking, skiiing and all other types of activities. This will enable runners who cross-train or are injured to track their activity progress just as they do in running. As per request of our users, we are also adding more activity types to KULG.
